Very interesting reminder of the standard clauses in US bilateral agreements

When the defense witnesses are attacked so strongly in cross-examination on the points of disagreement with Kromberg and Leukefeld, it becomes glaringly wrong that Kromberg and Leukefeld may not be similarly cross-examined by the defense on the same points.
